Application Process

Institutional Application and Request for Proposal

Purpose of the Application Process

The Application Process serves as a central, structured entry point for inquiries related to CIFA's institutional services.

Through this process, organizations, institutions and companies can submit a formal request to receive an individual review and, based on that, a quotation.

The application process ensures that requests can be categorized completely, comparably, and appropriately.

Request for quotation

Based on the information submitted, CIFA reviews the request and prepares an individual offer that is tailored to the respective institutional context, scope and structural requirements.

No flat rates or standardized offers are communicated, as the scope and requirements vary depending on the organization, industry, and structure.

Processing and feedback

Requests are reviewed, categorized, and processed according to institutional responsibilities.

Feedback will be provided after the preliminary review has been completed and will serve to further clarify the possible institutional approach.
