Procedure and institutional classification
The CIFA Commendation is awarded through a formal application and evaluation process.
Organizations and institutions can apply for commendation and are reviewed based on defined institutional criteria. Recognition is contingent upon ongoing institutional affiliation and an annual contribution that enables the use and visibility of the commendation within the respective institutional context.
The award is granted after review and evaluation by CIFA and is contingent upon ongoing compliance with the underlying standards, principles and governance requirements.
